1. Blood-Tests: (This is covered by most insurance plans.) A comprehensive look at your specific metabolic profile. This is VITAL! We check: Hormone levels, digestive function and microbial balance, food allergies, immune function and inflammation, blood sugar and A1C, Insulin levels, Vitamin and mineral levels, liver function and toxin load, Heavy metals like mercury and lead, Infections: Epstein Barr Virus aka Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Lyme disease and more.

  • To obtain true SUSTAINED weight loss you must restore proper METABOLIC FUNCTION. This prevents the YO-YO effect. Go on a fad diet or calorie restrictive diet and lose weight only to gain it back plus some when you discontinue the diet. Calorie restrictive diets are UNSUSTAINABLE!

We offer three programs: 14, 28 and 48 week Dr guided programs. The program recommended is based on total weight, weight loss desired and lab findings. “Weekly Shared Texted Successes” with Doctor and Staff – Texted ALERTS (i.e. when not following protocols, etc.) Dr available by text 7 days a week. You are NEVER alone. Consultation with on staff nutrition and diet coach who also is available by text and email 7 days a week.
